Welcome to The Garvey Classroom. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website located at thegarveyclassroom.com (the “Site”), operated by The Garvey Classroom LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, parents, educators, and others who access the Site.

  1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content except as expressly permitted;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
Scrape, harvest, or collect content or data for inclusion in subscription services, content mills, or artificial-intelligence training datasets.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, course descriptions, book excerpts, curriculum samples, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of The Garvey Classroom LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Books are published under Mabrak Books, an imprint of The Garvey Classroom LLC.

No part of this Site or its content may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of The Garvey Classroom LLC, except in the case of brief quotations embodied in critical articles and reviews, or as expressly permitted by the educator and parent use provisions that accompany individual curriculum products.

The Garvey Classroom and Mabrak Books, together with their associated names, logos, and slogans, are trademarks or trade names of The Garvey Classroom LLC and may not be used without prior written permission.

  1. Curriculum and Educational Materials

Curriculum products, books, and downloadable resources are governed by the license and copyright terms that accompany each individual product. Where a product includes an Educator and Parent Use provision, teachers, parents, grandparents, tutors, and librarians are granted permission to reproduce portions of that product for direct, non-commercial educational use with students and children in their care. That permission does not extend to resale, redistribution through paid or commercial channels, uploading to subscription services or AI training datasets, the creation of commercial derivative works, or institutional licensing without a separate written agreement with The Garvey Classroom LLC.

  1. User Comments and Submissions

If the Site allows you to post comments or submit content, you are responsible for what you submit. You agree not to post anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful. By submitting content, you grant The Garvey Classroom LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate that content in connection with the Site. We may remove any content at our discretion. Handling of comment data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site links to third-party platforms where our products and content are offered, including Teachers Pay Teachers, Amazon, Teachable, Substack, and TikTok. Purchases of books, courses, and curriculum resources are completed and fulfilled through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Teachers Pay Teachers, and Teachable. All sales, pricing, delivery, refunds, and support for those purchases are governed by the terms of the platform on which the transaction occurs. Please review the applicable platform’s policies before purchasing.

  1. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Garvey Classroom LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current. Educational content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
